Mr. Mike was a good DM. He seemed very familiar with the Call of Cthulu system specifically. He ran a module for me and a friend that was produced released by the official developer of CoC, Chaosium, and it was a good time. Mike is familiar with Roll20 and it was a good night! Would definitely play with him again

Incredible session. Super familiar with the CoC system along with super tight and experienced use of maps and VTT. Allowed for player RP and fun creativity, couldn't ask for a better CoC oneshot :) FOLLOWUP EDIT: Played in a 5e mini campaign with him and it had a deeply unsatisfying ending. Can't knock more than a star due to the free-ness of the sesh and also the first 3 sessions running ok but damn was it hard to watch my gf sit there for 2 hours doing absolutely nothing paralyzed due to missing saves. Then we TPKd because we had too many people wanting to quit the fight after it felt like a punishing slog, just leaves a sour taste in your mouth when you spend ~20 hours on something for it to end badly 😞

Great session that really allowed for player creativity. Had a fun time trying out a new class. The scenario was both complex and fun to work thru, with good opportunities for RP and skill checks.

Great CoC session in what was apparently a classic module. DM allowed for great player creativity and handled switching between two different groups of players really well! We triumphed over the enemy and everyone got a lot of chances to roll checks and play their RP. Will definitely be back.

DeAngelo did a great job leading a party of 5 thru a system that we were all navigating for the first time! Had an absolute blast tbh, DeAngelo was equally patient with shenanigans while still constantly throwing combat at the party. He was very respectful with people taking their time with mechanics and patiently explaining all the intricacies of the WoD systems. Was super fun to do a bit of RP outside of a fantasy setting. Will definitely be a repeat customer
