Everything in general, it's just very much visible the DM's love for the game and it just overflows into the sessions. Very caring DM, very big emphasis in providing a fun time to everyone. Your character matters, your backstory matters and it's sprinkled very well on an equal matter for everyone in the campaign. The sessions are amazing with voices, descriptions and attention to detail. Oto is very open minded regarding character creation, flavouring. With the favorite quote being "flavour is free". He's just a very solid DM. Highly, highly recommended.
