Kass is fantastic! Very encouraging, receptive to ideas, and fair in how she rules/arbitrates the games she runs. The atmosphere at the table is always fun and communicative, and opportunities for roleplay are almost always available. Combats are both challenging but reasonably fair. I'm very pleased I signed up for one of her games, and if you're on the fence about joining, you won't regret signing up!

Joe is fantastic. He's everything I believe a player could want in a DM/GM. Inclusive, Improvisational, A fair balance of rule of cool and rules as written. He consistently delivers satisfying narratives, story-beats and conclusions to arcs. There are challenging combats and always many opportunities to roleplay and just be your character. He rewards/encourages thinking outside of the character sheet. His NPCs are memorable, whether you love them or hate them. If you're on the fence about joining a game, you won't regret jumping in.

I found James relatively recently and have been pleasantly overwhelmed by how well he runs games. The community he's cultivated is warm, welcoming and engaging. And he allows for quite a bit of bandwidth for creativity and story-telling. The sessions fly by without even realizing it, due to all the fun. Ample time for roleplay is always given/available, combats are challenging but not crushing, the dice definitely tell stories. If you are on the fence, jump in, you won't regret it!

His story-telling is fantastic, his prep and atmosphere for the sessions is always on point, and he even goes the extra mile, sometimes cosplaying as the big bads for our big bad fights. He makes sure we have opportunities to roleplay, he let's roleplay/narrative beats effect combat when it makes sense, he encourages creativity and exploration. Even when it's tough, it never feels adversarial and there's always strong communication. You absolutely won't regret signing up for one of his tables.

I count myself lucky and privileged to have found Megan as a DM. She is fantastic at bringing you into the game, helping incorporate your character seamlessly and encourages/fosters creativity. She practices clear communication, making certain everyone is having fun while avoiding reducing player agency. It's evident in the community she's built from her games and how she runs them, she is passionate and always open to feed-back. I cannot recommend her enough, she is phenomenal.
