I've been playing D&D for almost 4 years now. Alec has the best pacing of any GM I've played with! He also has astounding creativity when it comes to creating whimsical NPCs and locations.

I LOVE his acting, and absolutely admire his high energy! The creepy winter wolves were phenomenal :D

My half-elven bladesinger with glorious abs sacrificed himself by offering to spend the night with a coven of sea hags, in exchange for sparing the other PCs' lives. And... they refused. Never felt so rejected lol :O To add insult to injury, the hags cast Hold Person on me while I was hanging from a tree branch shirtless to better display my wares, and I fell flat on my face... Now I must earn back my glory and save face by taking on even greater risks! And return to exact vengeance on that coven one day! (Seriously though, this was my favourite combat encounter of all time. We were out of resources, and this was clearly an encounter we had to flee rather than fight as Level 2 characters, so we had to think outside the box to survive long enough to book it out of there. Brilliant team play!) Also: it was hilarious watching our druid pull a true Alpha move and intimidate two ginormous dinosaurs away godfather-style, later on in the session.

Shawn is great at bringing Ravnica alive! I'm especially impressed by his plotting skills. One nailbiting cliffhanger after another each session!

This was the best game I've played! Also: Bob has an uncanny sense of pacing. Once the dramatic tension of a scene is resolved, he smoothly transitions and moves things along. I don't know - it's almost like reading a thriller: he lets us act out all the cool bits in real time, and uses exposition to summarize the boring stuff, not letting them drag on.
