About me
Hail and well met! My name is Dash, and I'd love to help you run your next tabletop session! What was once a passing weekend hobby with my friends quickly became over 15 years of TTRPG experience, with 8 years as a highly recommended DM. With a background in theatre direction and project management, I love being a storyteller just as much as I enjoy creating safe, organized, and fun spaces for my players. Every session is LGBT-friendly, and my fellow neurodivergents are welcomed and encouraged to join! Some examples of what to expect from my games: - A bard that specializes in death metal - A pocket dimension that very closely resembles a 1950s American diner - Multiple chase scenes, some of which have definitely included a T-Rex and a kraken - NPCs with the worst Scottish accents in all of history Come join in on the fun! GM Style
I favor a narrative-driven session with a balance of both combat and roleplay. Puzzles and riddles are my forte, and I have a penchant for "smart" combats with enemies that know what they're doing.

Dash is the best DM I've ever had the pleasure of playing under. He's not a rules lawyer (rule of cool for life!), but he also doesn't let true absurdity fly. Our game are fast paced and engaging, and loaded with integrated story elements. I couldn't ask for a better DM experience. One thing is that our group is exceptionally well-oiled and experienced, so I have no feedback on how well he handles bad players. I assume it's as wonderful as our experience though!

I have played many of Dash’s sessions before he joined this site and I have always immensely enjoyed them. He really cares about connecting your characters story and the story he is making. A bit of rule or cool but also tons of dnd knowledge to make the play through experience smooth, fun, and logical. Cannot wait to play more of his games in the future. I’ve enjoyed dnd before but now I love it and a huge part of that is Dash’s DM capabilities.
