About Ministry
I was a PnP player for years in High School and University. Eventually I transitioned to D&D Online for many years. 2.5 years ago I discovered VTT and have been a player for 2.5 years on StartPlaying Games. I've finally decided that it's time to run my own game due to believing I want to offer an experience unlike most I see out here. I want to run something cool and unique... a character driven story.

How Ministry runs games
My games are all about a good amount of balance between combat, adventure, roleplay and solving puzzles. My games are a bit more serious and more for cool players that are less about roleplay and silliness and more about intense gameplay. I'm not the stereotypical D&D player as in I consider myself more on the chill, easy going, cool side of the spectrum. My games are more about combat and tactics all the while solving world level issues and simple fun dungeons. I'm less about roleplaying and talking for a whole session and more about doing things.

Ministry's ideal table
My table is a character driven experience that focuses on them and their story. D&D is NOT about having an adventure and having players fit into it and reading it verbatim and cashing cheques. D&D is about creating a story with the characters, around the characters and about the characters. I have a world and it is there. It's like having a book with pages and notes in it. But, the players actions, words and everything their characters do fill the pages. We are building a fantasy novel together that can go on forever and can be talked about during and for years later.
