About RPG Angie
I'm light on rules, low on tech, heavy on roleplay, and high on story. I found TTRPGs in 2014. Within a couple months, I turned into a forever GM. And I love it! I have a Ph.D. in English literature, so this is my way of using it for the greater good. My love for storytelling spans multiple genres. I will make you feel cool in adventure games, make you laugh in light-hearted games, spook you in horror games, make you blush in romance games, and warm your heart in wholesome games. I offer original one-shots and mini-campaigns using various systems, including my own homebrew systems. I GM in English or in Czech.

How RPG Angie runs games
My games are all about roleplay and improvised problem solving. Unless we're in a long-term campaign, expect very little crunch. This is why I prefer simpler game systems, or straight up make my own. My worldbuilding often starts with a bit of historical inspiration, be it Regency England, the life of pirates, ancient mythology, or the literary origins of fairy tales. The only exceptions are parody games or tribute games where the text referenced is an IP (LOTR, Critical Role) or a genre (1980s horror, gothic romance). A fictional world is no fun without diversity, so I always make sure to include levels of diversity in my settings. I prefer to play with cameras on because it helps me get quick feedback from players, but exceptions can be made. I'm not a big fan of combining platforms/apps, so if the whole game can be played on a videocall without a VTT, that's how we're gonna do it.
