About the adventure
Ravenland, the Forbidden Lands, a dying realm of rust and rot... For three centuries the Bloodmist covered our valleys, isolated our villages. Now the survivors shall carve up the land, restore its strongholds, raid its forgotten treasures, and wage war until but one king remains - or till the mad prophet Zytera feeds us all to their demonic hordes. Join a tale of epic dark fantasy, explore ancient ruins, raise your stronghold, and build an alliance of good against evil - or crush all opposition in your bid to rule the realm of Ravenland. Raven's Purge is nordic dark fantasy through and through, sandbox hexploration and demon hunting where no two foes are the same, with cults and zealots and deadly fauna galore.

Vincent is a kind, thoughtful, and patient DM. Great at anything from introducing you to dnd to mastering foundry or working with you to fit your homebrew class or exotic race into the setting. Gameplay details
This adventure deals with a variety of weighty topics and, after all, is a dark fantasy setting, featuring objectively evil and irredeemable antagonists. But humor frequently goes hand-in-hand with horror, and our goal, ultimately, is to have fun playing. We will go over safety tools, consent, and how the party will get together in Session 0, and at the end of each session we can discuss what went well and what should be improved. I will also send out a consent form in which you can let me know what content you don't wish to see in our games. This is a newbie-friendly game, I will help with the mechanical and rulebook-sides of the game, you just need to tell me what your character would like to do. š²

How will character creation work
You can use any officially published book for character options, but homebrew content must be approved by me. We start at Level 2, using the Point Buy system for this campaign. (https://chicken-dinner.com/5e/5e-point-buy.html) If you're new to DnD, I'm happy to help with all the jargon and creating your first character. š You can also keep your character sheet on any platform or even on paper. Same goes for rolling, physical dice are welcome, I won't stand between you and your clickity-clacks.
