Hello, friends! I'm a professional artist, amateur improv comedian, and bonafide nerd who's been playing TTRPGs for almost 20 years. I fell in love with D&D 4E in college, and have since branched out into a variety of games both as a player and a GM, from single sheet one-shots like Lasers & Feelings to D&D 5E campaigns that have spanned years and continents. I'm a proud member of the queer community and invite folks of all identities and expressions to play at my table, where I'm committed to doing my best to ensure that everyone feels safe and welcome!

How Beck runs games
I tend to run character and story driven games, mainly utilizing theater of the mind, though I have been known to roll out the occasional battle map for a particularly intricate combat scenario or a good old fashioned dungeon crawl. I do my best to build a lot of ambience, whether that be achieved through incorporating custom illustrations and graphics into my games or providing thematically appropriate playlists. I'm willing to include graphic content in my games—it's hard to run grisly horror games without it—but the level and types of content featured will be determined by the party and myself in a discussion before first session game play kicks off. I utilize both lines and veils and the X-card system to do what I can to ensure the well-being of all the players at my table.
