About me

I enjoy all kinds of board games and RPGs. As a GM I prefer theater of the mind to very detailed simulations. I enjoy puzzles and narrative arcs that are not simply combat based. I've been playing board games for many years and want to play more RPGs. I enjoy virtual table tops but I tend to use very simple elements, I think sometimes virtual table tops make RPGs feel too much like an arcade game.

GM Style

I enjoy role playing games that focus on collaborative and improvisational storytelling. I enjoy the problem solving aspects of adventures and try to have a meaningful player objective each session. I really like it to feel like a "one shot" each time we play (and frequently run "one shots"). I'm much more interested in creating fun player interactions than complex worlds.
