About me
Played older editions (BECMI, 1e, 2e) and have a preference for quick rules. Started back playing after 5e was released and been DMing a least a game a week since then. I like high role play interaction with combat about every third session. More interested in what you want to do than what is on your character sheet. More action, less rolling.
GM Style
I like RPGs that are played in conversation style, you tell me what you want to do, I tell you how the world reacts. I plan my sessions out, but more enjoy player led sessions. The more goals you bring to the table and the more improv i do, the more I enjoy my sessions. We are here to tell a story together, not to listen to mine. The first and only Dm who ever took me from 1 to 20. Nothing can compare to the night we ascended a zombie ninja covered mountain to fight acererak up a multi tier 3D map that was over three feet tall. After COVID hit he spared no expense or resource to bring the same level of commitment and immersion to our campaign. I still remember the night we did a train murder mystery and marveling at the animated terrain going by and how the light from our torches shone out the windows in bands of distinct gold. I learned so much from him, skills I still use today.
