About J1NX (Summer)
Hi! I've been a player and DM for about two years. I just recently decided to do paid games at the behest of some wonderful people in my life. So here I am.. ready to create fantastical worlds for you to have fun in! My favorite D&D tables have room for all sides of D&D: dramatic character moments and terrible decisions, dangerous battles, and unexpected left turns because someone asked, "Wait.. can I try this?" The ridiculous plan that somehow becomes campaign lore. I have a particular weakness for characters who arrive with stories already tucked into their pockets. Questionable patrons, inconvenient prophecies, old enemies, mysterious scars, and secrets that definitely won't become a problem later. I love rich fantasy worlds and the stories that emerge when characters become part of them. D&D gives us a place to begin. What happens once the characters take over is the fun part.

My favorite books are
Usually the ones with morally complicated characters, dangerous creatures, messy relationships, lots of lore and a sprawling fantasy world I can completely disappear into.
When I'm not running games I'm...
When I’m not running games, I’m reading, writing, world-building, playing video games, or falling down a research rabbit hole for a story that absolutely did not require three hours of research. When not doing that.. I'm spending time with my dogs and binging k-dramas.
How J1NX (Summer) runs games
My games are character-first. Your backstory, relationships, choices, and terrible ideas all have a place in the story, with a healthy balance of roleplay, exploration, intrigue, and combat along the way. I love using maps, character art, and other visuals to make the world feel a little more tangible and give everyone something to sink into. The rules give us an important foundation, but I’m also a believer in the Rule of Cool. Sometimes a dramatic character moment or an exciting idea makes the story better, and I’m willing to make room for it. That doesn’t mean choices come without consequences, though—the world responds to what you do, for better or worse. Ultimately, I want everyone at the table to have fun in a safe, welcoming environment where you feel comfortable bringing your creativity, getting invested in your character, and seeing where the story takes us.
J1NX (Summer)'s ideal table
My table is welcoming, collaborative, and just the right amount of chaotic. It’s a place for players who want to get invested in their characters and the world around them, while still laughing when the plan goes spectacularly off the rails. You don’t need to be an experienced roleplayer or know every rule—you just need to be willing to engage with the story, share the spotlight, and give everyone else room to have their moments too. Expect a table where creativity is encouraged, character choices matter, and everyone is treated with respect. There’s room for serious roleplay, ridiculous ideas, tactical combat, terrible dice rolls, and plenty of laughter in between. New and experienced players are equally welcome, and questions are always okay. Come ready to collaborate, respect the other people at the table, and care about everyone having a good time

I love it when a player
I love it when a player says, “Okay, this might be a terrible idea, but…” Give me something unexpected and let’s see what happens.
