Mike is SO MUCH FUN. I'm only on session 2 of Wild Beyond the Witchlight and it's been a blast. He is relaxed while also providing engaging and fun encounters. He's a good teacher for the new players also, especially since we're using 2024 rules.

Did one session so far but had a really enjoyable time. Mike found a good balance of keeping the story moving forward and letting the players be creative (like my character being introduced by being chased by the first combat encounter) I’m looking forward to the next session. Thanks Mike

The DM was well versed in DND and made everyone feel included in the game. That being said, would have liked a higher level one-shot. Playing first level characters, although fun, felt a bit restricted and basic. The DM is great with new and experienced players alike, but a level 3-5 adventure would have been much more fun, for all classes to be able to use subclass features. I had fun though. It was a good game session, and worth the time and money spent on an otherwise rainy evening.
