About the adventure
UPDATE: The campaign has been running successfully for over 1 year with many of the original players who started, with some amazing friendships formed. Sadly, due to a player's new job and work hours, we have a single seat opened up for the right player. The party are now level 14 and have uncovered a way to stop Vecna, by reforging the Rod of Seven Parts. They have visited the Sword coast, Shadowfel, Underdark, Astral Planes, Sigil and are currently in Barovia! Gathering many pieces but all is not as simple as it seems.. 🎲 The Game Setting 🎲 The Evil Lich-God Vecna has unearthed secrets he can use to unravel and remake the multiverse. Stopping Vecna will require working with three of the multiverse's most famous archmages, traveling to far-flung locations and rebuilding the legendary Rod of Seven Parts! 🏰 The Adventure 🏰 Embark on a journey spanning from levels 10 to 20 across many famous setting of dungeons and dragons vast history, including: Ravenloft! Forgotten Realms! Avernus! Kryn! Plancescape! Greyhawk! and Eberron! This campaign i've expanded to flesh out each and every realm the players visit, using my own experience and the vast resources available. This is truly a journey to explore all known Dungeons and Dragons locations! 🧙🏼 The DM 🧙🏼 Please have a look at my DM Profile to learn a bit about the games I run. My focus is on all participants having a good time! I must insist on a short chat over Discord to ensure you are the right type of player for our existing group. This also helps me to understand your own expectations and has worked very well for me so far, having created many amazing groups that love to play together. We play on Roll20 with audio/video over Discord. Webcam is optional, although it is encouraged to help with player bonding! Being able to see each other's reactions is fun, and we tend to connect on a deeper level with visuals.

About me
Hello folks! I'm Shiv, a 34 year old from Scotland and a Dungeons and Dragons (D&D) enthusiast turned professional Dungeon Master (DM)! I've been playing for around Nine years, initially forming an interest with a group of in-person friends. After several drunken meet ups, I was hooked and had to get my fix online due to the scheduling difficulties of adult life!! I played several online games before taking a stab at running my own. Turns out I love horribly plagiarising all the wonderful nerdy influences in my life such as Lord of the Rings, World of Warcraft, Attack on Titan, Dragon Ball Z, Castlevania, Warhammer 40k, and many, many more... I've been running regular online D&D 5e games for the last Seven years with over 5,000 hours on Roll20, my platform of choice. I've ran many campaigns including modules and homebrews and I've learnt a lot about what makes good, fun, interesting yet challenging sessions. Personally, I'm a big advocate of creating a realistic world, with impactful role play and time sensitive consequences. I also enjoy team strategy and building very challenging encounters. I'm a regular bloke, with a successful primary career, a fluffy dog, who enjoys escaping our reality and having a laugh with some likeminded individuals for a game of Dungeons & Dragons! When I run a game, my golden rule is 'We're all here to have fun'! The beauty of D&D is the collaborative story telling experience! What DM Shiv brings to the table
I will bring 8 years DM experience, knowing how to engage the party, modify combat to keep it exciting and challenging. API, macro's and script writing to create a unique experience on my Roll20 games. I will also bring almost every dnd book and share access for you along with custom maps and monsters.
