About Traveler's Trove
Hi, my name is Austin and I'm a lover of all things TTRPG related! My formal introduction to the hobby was running a campaign for classmates in high school around 10 years ago, along with finding some great Actual Plays. That being said, the groundwork was laid by my mother, who would play an extremely simple war game (using those little green soldier toys) with me before I was even in kindergarten. In the time since that first 5e campaign, I have been ravenously consuming any new (or old) system I can find, with a particularly strong love towards obscure and niche titles, (Even if I would likely never find a group to play them with!) I love systems that know exactly what experience they are trying to deliver, and have bespoke rules and systems to cater to the fantasy the game puts forward. Games I love running: Cyberpunk Red D&D 5e Delta Green Everyone is John Lancer MÖRK BORG Games I would love to learn with a patient party: Eat The Reich Traveller Pathfinder 2e Ultra Violet Grasslands City of Mist Blades in the Dark

How Traveler's Trove runs games
My GM style tends to vary wildly depending on the strengths of a given system. In general, I love a blend of roleplay, tactical combat, and investigation/puzzles. I love seeing players solve problems with creative thinking or diplomacy, and choose for themselves how they'll carve their story into the worlds I build I like to run my games as close to the themes of the system as possible. With heroic fantasy games, I tend towards rule of cool and being more lenient with rulings. Horror games I run, on the other hand may feel crushing and unforgiving, with the rulings not ceding an unearned inch to the players.

Traveler's Trove's ideal table
My ideal table is full of players that love a blend of roleplay and combat. I prefer mysteries and investigation over traditional puzzle elements. If you love emergent narratives that react to your characters choices, come grab a seat and check out The Traveler's Trove!
