Hi, I am Ersin, and I have been a GM for almost 10 years now. I am a Turkish musician that has always loved tabletop RPGs even when I had no idea how to play or run them. The nickname "Ropeman Bartender" is an old nickname that has stuck around from moderating forums and Discord servers with the topic of TTRPGs I started the hobby very young and immediately wanted to try my hand at GMing since that aspect always interested me more as a person than being a player. So since my start with tabletop RPGs, I have been GMing. A big part of my GMing was reading new systems' rulebooks. As I always wanted to learn more and widen my scope of games I can play and run. This also made me a versatile GM that can run games that are suitable for a variety of different play styles and approaches.

I became a GM because

I was fascinated by the inner workings and details of running a game as a young child. And I was always more interested in the creating and writing aspect of a game rather than being a player.

How NFGS0UL runs games

With almost 10 years of GMing, I am usually adept at conforming to my players' wants/needs. However I tend to run more roleplay focused games. I like to craft worlds that feel living and lived in. And NPCs that a player can roleplay with and get invested in. I also tend to reward "side-quests" and downtime activities. I usually run a once a month -optional- session 1 on 1 with each player to be able to get more in depth on character development and interactions. Also, the Rule Of Cool. I very much adhere to the rule of cool with my GMing as I believe that encapsulates why we play these games as people.
