I'm a GM who's been playing for 25 years and GMing for the last 15. My favorite way to meet new people when I move to a new area is to find my FLGS and ask if they want a GM to host a weekly pickup game. Because of this, I've been running at least one game for the past 10 years, and often more than one at a time. I love to system hop and try to learn something new from each system I pick up. How Jason Lee runs games

I love to run games that make players think. Puzzles are more than just how to open a door. When I run a game, I work to make sure that every decision has meaning, even when you don't see it at first. I love to consult with my players and find out what they are expecting, and then tweak it just enough that they are surprised, but not unprepared. At the end of the day, the GM is there as one player among many, and we're all there to tell a story. It's our game, and as the GM, I'm there to make everyone happy.
