About me

I'm Stevie! I am an instructor for animation and 3D for adults on the autism spectrum. I moonlight as a game developer. I have played Dungeons and Dragons since I was 11 years old. I started with 2nd Edition. I am now 38 years old and have played and GM'ed multiple games. I have ran both homebrewed games and pre-published adventures. I have experience running Dungeons and Dragons, Monster of the Week, Pathfinder, Root: The RPG, and 10 Candles. Additionally, I have the rules for Daggerheart and Avatar Legends. I tend to have create a very cinematic style of games that immerse and challenge players--within agreed upon boundaries. You can always count on me to deliver a memorable experience that stays with you long after you've left the table.

GM Style

My style as a GM is very cinematic. I craft adventures that are personal to the player characters. They are not just wondering adventurers with no stakes in the conflict. I balance the wants of the players with the needs of a good story. Players will be challenged with me. Their characters will go on arcs of growth, challenge, and--hopefully--victory. They may experience the fantasy they are seeking but not without challenges to get there. If players want a high fantasy adventure where they are always the hero and there's no consequence to being a murder hobo, I can deliver. But if players want an experience where they discover what they are capable of and grow with their characters: I not only deliver but shine.
