About Welkin
Hey Everyone I'm Welkin, I've been playing tabletop games and GM'ing for the past ten years. I've always had a passion for creating stories and worlds and sharing those with others, though instead of using that passion to write a book I decided it'd be more fun to write homebrew campaigns instead. Being able to create these campaigns and have the players influence them is an honor, be it locations, NPC's, storylines, etc, I'll do my best to accommodate and add whatever just make it reasonable enough for my own sanity. When it comes to running tabletop games I know how to play and run several systems such as DnD 5e, Lancer, Fabula Ultima, Genesys/star wars FFG, Vampire The Masquerade, and Sword World 2.5. Out of all the systems Fabula Ultima is my favorite, I'm a bit of a mega nerd and have a strong love for JRPG's and anime, be aware you may see many inspirations from both sources. For me my games are meant to be used as a form of escapism, so that being said please be kind to to your fellow players and avoid any topics that would break said escapism. In game rivalries or fights can be fun and interesting but I never want to see that animosity between characters follow the players outside of the game. I want my games to be a safe haven to anyone and ensure inclusivity so please keep this in mind.

How Welkin runs games
For my GM'ing style it is very player focused with heavy roleplay. I absolutely love adapting ideas and storylines the players craft, be it from more down to earth stories to the absolute absurd and chaotic. When it comes to combat I attempt to make encounters fun and entertaining while still creating a challenge for the players. I will always root for my players however a satisfying victory always comes from some form of challenge.
