About me
Hello all. A little about me. I have been playing and running dungeons and dragons games for 30 years. My games are a mix of role play, combat, and storytelling. For me the best part of the game is seeing the players complete an encounter and the joy in their voices upon realizing their achievement.
GM Style
I provide a game that is equal part's role play and combat. I want everyone to have fun. I am not a rules lawyer. I believe the rules are there for guidance and balance but if there is something you want to do just ask. Depending on the situation I may say yes or no. I do voices for npc's however I am not a voice actor.

Creativity
Storytelling
Knows the Rules
I've been playing in an ongoing campaign Thorin is running for several years. I find his games challenging and immersive. He works hard to make sure his players are having fun, and isn't afraid to let them "stretch their creative legs" going with the "Rule of Cool" in their favor from time to time. In short, Thorin runs a great game, focused on having a good time above all, and I couldn't possibly recommend his games enough!
I've been playing DnD 5e with Thorin for 3 years. He is a very fun and knowledgeable GM. He is skilled at creating exciting and engaging encounters. He builds the world with thorough descriptions, interesting characters, visual aids, and music. He's also a veteran role-player with decades of experience. So, If you wanna have a blast, you gotta play with this guy!
I've played a three-year campaign with this guy, I've played in his campaign, and he has played in mine. I consider him a close friend and the player I want in any party I'm adventuring in. This is the player who lights the fuse, so I can stand back and watch the chaos ensue. Of my friend, I will say this: His defining trait as a storyteller and Dungeon Master is that he is a fan of his players; he wants you to beat his encounters, and he wants you to succeed. That said don't confuse that sentiment with easy and mundane gaming. If your party makes less than intelligent decisions, you're going to get f****d up.
