I’ve always been the storyteller. At family gatherings or weekends with friends I’d be the one in charge of setting the tone. I’ve run sandbox style home brew campaigns for about fifteen years now and I‘ve been told to go professional for nearly as long. My sessions tend to be theatre of the mind because most people I play with don’t have money for minis so combat isn’t my primary selling point. While I’m familiar with previous editions I run 5e due to its beginner friendly nature.
