About the adventure
The galaxy is vast, yet most of it has been carefully charted, parsed, and categorized by Union’s reach. But beyond the furthest reaches of the Galactic Core, past the red line of mapped space and the watchful gaze of omninet relays, lies the Black Divide — a stretch of void so dark and hostile that only the most daring expeditions ever return. The Polaris Initiative has changed that. With resources pooled from megacorporations, rogue states, and adventurous settlers, an armada of survey ships, research vessels, and Lancer squads has been sent where no civilization has tread. The goal? To uncover what lurks beyond known space. To find something… more. To understand the Unknown. Your team is among the first wave. Contracted by the Initiative, your mission is clear: push into the Divide, establish a foothold, and retrieve anything of value. Whether that be new lifeforms, untouched resources, or anomalous technology that defies comprehension. You and your comrades are not heroes. You are seekers, mercenaries, and explorers. Hired guns in steel frames built to carve answers from the darkness. You are prepared for hostile environments, hostile entities, and even the potential madness of deep-space isolation. But what none of you are prepared for is the revelation that waits for you. Out there, the laws of reality fray at the edges. New intelligences stir in the abyss, their motives inscrutable. And something calls to you. A voice woven into the background hum of space itself. Will you find treasure, knowledge, or madness among the stars? What will you become when you reach the edge of all things, and step boldly into the Unknown? Suit up, pilot. The horizon calls.
Game style
Roleplay Heavy
“Roleplay Heavy” games place the focus on the story, the characters, and the world they live within, and tend to lean hard into the various roleplaying elements of the game. These games will frequently find the party talking with NPCs, exploring the personal elements of their backstories, or even having emotional moments around the camp fire.
Rule of Cool (RoC)
“Rule of Cool” emphasizes creative story beats over sticking to a system’s rules as written. Players have the ability to push the limits of the rules or even break core rule mechanics at times if the Game Master thinks it is interesting, fun, or cool enough.
Combat Heavy
“Combat Heavy” games emphasize the combat mechanics within their systems over roleplay or puzzle solving. There are frequent and longer battles with enemies and a greater emphasis on tactical game play.

How to prepare
Have time and imagination, everything else is prepared on foundry by me on modules and maps. The rules of the game and everything will be explained more throughout during the first conversations we'll have.

I will bring 6 years of experience as a professional DM. You'll play with beautiful landscapes to help your vision during travel Carefully crafted maps with custom assets Music to accompany you on every single step and one on one sessions between games as necessary (no additional cost)
Gameplay details
Of course we'll talk about what is something you dont want to see at all included in the game, perhaps something more troublesome and so on. Between the campaigns i will also occasionally just check up things with you, how are you holding up and feeling, this is in the end a hobby to enjoy for everyone at the table. I welcome all people at the table 🏳️🌈

How will character creation work
This will be a lot more personal, as the intention is to bring your character into the world and their background. Perhaps they were before a scrapper orbiting mars stations? A loose dog of the previous sea war and their corporations. Whatever you were, i'll gladly hear you out and help you expand on your background during and out of the game.
