About the adventure

In the magical world of Elyria, this story takes place in the city of Athopolis. There lies the prestigious Hearth Academy, a place of learning for future heroes of Elyria. Here, education is offered to any candidate who can impress one of the 12 Olympian Gods. Having impressed one or more of these gods, you have been accepted into this academy. From young prodigies to late bloomers to individuals who found their way into the academy due to the pressure of their peers, Hearth Academy is host to any race, any age, any any background. All that matters here is that students follow the Hearth Academy’s rules and guidance and train to become future heroes like the legends Hercules, Theseus, and Achilles. As of late, dangerous mythological creatures have been growing in number. These creatures are growing more intelligent, more ferocious and most of all they seem to be growing in numbers. The Hearth Academy is surely one of Elyria’s greatest hopes for mankind to survive. That being said, the students at Hearth Academy aren’t exactly in a rush to graduate. Having been granted access to the world’s most elite academy, plenty of entertainment, and a way to use up all their powerful abilities means the students here are living their best lives. “Another monster popped up? What’s new? There will always be another monster to kill but we only get one prom! Come on and party!” - Local Socialite, Kostas Vallatos. Wonders of Hestia is a full campaign setting for 4-6 players offered by DM Howl in a homebrewed adventure. Players can expect a high roleplay adventure that focuses on the player’s story rather than a set adventure. Your choices will impact the storyline, and there will be many opportunities to roleplay with your fellow players and NPCs. Players will have a lot of creative freedom, being able to design not only their characters but also potential NPCs and a hometown. Let go of the rules and get ready to plunge yourself into an immersive adventure where your character’s choices really matter and will drastically change the storyline.

How to prepare

A microphone is a necessity, and a webcam is highly encouraged. We also link DnDBeyond and Foundry with the Beyond20 extension. Everything else will be provided for you by Next-Level D&D.

Gameplay details

This adventure is designed to be heavily focused on roleplaying interactions. There will still be combat, exploration, puzzles, and the like, but players who enjoy immersive roleplaying will feel most at home here.

How will character creation work

Our DM will assist you in crafting a character that fits the story and the setting. We utilize DnDBeyond for our character sheets, and we share the full library of source material with our players. You'll be able to choose character options from Xanathar's, Volo's, Mordenkainen's, Tasha's, and others.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
