About the adventure
Never played Dungeons & Dragons? No problem! This session includes a character creation and a one shot adventure that will introduce the three pillars of roleplay: Social Interaction, Exploration, and Combat. The Story: After making their way to Notero, a port city to the south and a haven for those who want to make a name for themselves in Aaskrordius, a party of adventurer's find themselves on a quest for the local mercenary group - The Blue Herons. The quest? Investigate a local landmark that has fallen into disrepair for a city official who has recently acquired the right to the property. What You'll Need: A DnDBeyond Account for character creation (they are free to make and I'll walk you through the process), Zoom, a microphone, and the desire for adventure! Who Am I: My name is Morri! I'm a Game Designer and Adventure Designer. I've been running games professionally for five years and playing for over a decade. I've worked on two D&D books and publish content online. I love introducing new people to D&D and I'm excited to bring you on this adventure. Note: Although this is a sequel adventure to my other intro one-shot, On the way to Notero, you can play The Tower of Zayarah without playing the previous entry in the series.

Gameplay details
This game will be played in the theater of the mind. We will start by getting to know each other for a few minutes an then dive into character creation which should take no longer than 20-30 minutes. From there the adventure will begin! The one-shot should take about 2-3 hours. Afterwards I like to check in with everyone to see how their game went, favorite moments, feedback for myself, etc.
