About the adventure

A Pathfinder1e campaign for beginners and experienced players set in the city of Caer Maga on the Pathfinder World of Golarion. Sandbox Style: the campaign will be driven by the actions of the players. Factions in the city of Caer Maga will try to acchieve goals that further their position in the city's balance of power. Players will have to decide whom to support and whom to oppose. Quests in the city of Caer Maga and on the Storval Plateau will influence a story enfolding as the campaig progresses.

How to prepare

A webcam and a microphone are required to play. A Roll20 Acount will be required to play. A Discord account will be required to play. All sessions will be held online using Roll20 and Discord.

What I provide

I will provide a dynamic sandbox environment for Kaer Maga, the "City of Strangers", in the pathfinder world of Golarion. A sandbox game means that I will be giving the characters the freedom to pursue their own story and set their own goals in this dynamic world. Between sessions the factions in the city of Kaer Maga will strife against each other in a "faction game" (inspired by a similar system in "Stars without number" revised edition). The actions of the Players will influence the outcomes of the factons actions.

Gameplay details

Players will need to use the abilities of their characters in creative ways to overcome the challenges, be it fights, environment or social interactions. Immersive roleplaying, creative ideas and quick thinking will be rewarded. This will be a sandbox game.

How will character creation work

Players will start at 1. Level. Character creation will be handled either in a session zero or by picking pregenerated characters. Players may generate characters, but all characters will need to be approved by the game master. Character Ability Scores: on character creation distribute the stats 8;10;12;14;16;18. Each number may only be chosen once. Changes to ability scores due to race will be taken into account after this distribution.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
