About me
I began playing TTRPGs long ago, about the time dirt was invented. Player, DM, eternal student-o-the-game, educator, cosplayer, and general fun seeker. Q: Are you afraid of dragons? A: [confidently and calmly, in the voice of the late Ralph Richardson] "No. In fact, if it weren't for sorcerers, there wouldn't *be* any dragons." \****__ ____ | *****\_ --/ *\-__ /_ (_ ./ ,/----' \__ (_./ / \__ \___----^__ _/ _ \ | _/ __/ )\"\ _____ *\ |\__/ / ^ ^ \____ ) \___--" \_____ ) "

I've run a lot of games. Krysta's Daggerheart intro one-shot felt like The Way It's Supposed To Be Done to me. Top shelf communication about logistics, expectations, and guardrails ahead of time. Simple coverage of necessary mechanics, interfaces, and interactions on the front end, with a break and a short but flavorful encounter to cap off. Calm and confident, expressive but attentive, interactive yet patiently instructive. I learned how to play the game, how the GM plays the game, and how to be a competent player on the VTT, and had a great time role playing to boot. What more is there? <:^D
