About me
Avid fan of D&D and roleplay, with about 6 years of experience now across a two ongoing campaigns, one finished campaign, and a number of one-shots. Also a previous Dungeon Master, having ran a homebrew campaign for a year taking place in the Elder Scrolls universe. I am mostly seeking to partake in more games and experience the fun of D&D with others, especially as I look to strengthen RP skills and gain a wider understanding of the system for DMing. I am currently writing & brainstorming a D&D campaign as well, with the intention of relaunching my Elder Scrolls campaign in the future for a new table. I have had the pleasure of having Jay as my DM for various D&D games since 2022, having partaken in 3 campaigns (2 current) and plenty of one-shots. Jay is a very knowledgeable and patient DM, being great for new and experienced players alike. When I first started playing D&D and was a bit anxious about RP and group play with new people, he always did a fantastic job of making tables feel inclusive and welcoming. Similarly, he is very patient when it comes to learning combat and rules, always being happy to help guide you in game or out. For games themselves, I feel that Jay excels in constantly challenging you as a player with combat and dungeon delving without ever being unforgiving, where imagination and creativity in decision-making is amply rewarded. If you like to RP, he is also fantastic with his characters, being able to string serious or comedic discussion alike well while ensuring players have balanced time to have "the spotlight." I hope you get to play with him soon!
