Isaac

Isaac is inclusive, patient, and well prepared. I participated in his Ad Copy seminar, and came away with a different perspective on how to write "Love Letters" to the kind of player I wanted to attract. If you read one of his Game Ads and feel it is speaking to you, it is, and you should sign up and join the fun!

isFriday

I attended one of Friday's GMing Seminars, and given how they made a presentation on a subject as dry as Ad Copy fun and enjoyable, I can only imagine what they can do with a gaming table, and as a fellow Professional GM, the highest compliment I can give is that I will be looking to join their table myself whenever I get the chance.

Dragon Master Roy

Dragon Master (Or Chris, though I will say Dragon Master is a Rad Choice of DM Name I only wish I had thought of first) is an excellent GM who understands the magic of helping players feel seen, included, involved & safe so well that he can and does teach it to others. I attended his Seminar on the subject of Player Retention, and was validated to find that I already did many of the things he advised to build a community of players that keeps coming back again and again, and gained a few new insights I will apply to my Team-Building Process. From what I saw and heard at the seminar, this is the kind of GM you want to be playing under, so I would encourage you to try one of his games for yourself and find out!

Xan!!!

I attended Xan's Seminar on Neurodivergence at the game table, and the discussion was interesting and informative. I learned a lot about how Safety Tools in particular can help manage issues that arise with Neurodivergent players and got a lot of good information from the presentation.

First and foremost, do a Google Search on John Wick the Game Designer - his contributions to the RPG Industry are legendary. (Though he said he approved of the choice to cast Keanu Reeves to play him in the movies, and the resemblance is uncanny.) Then you should book the very next game you see available with him, and strap in for an incredible ride. I once had the privilege of playing at a physical table with John Wick at a convention, taking the opportunity to play 7th Sea for the first time with the man who wrote it. It was a thrill ride from start to finish as myself and my fellow pirates liberated ourselves from prison, sent the guards down the sewer drain, took a wrong turn through a secret treasure vault with some supernatural guardians, climaxing with a showdown with the Prison Warden as we made our thrilling escape. Oh, and did I mention that on the fly, he threw in fun details like said Warden being my Pirate Captain's Ex-Wife? He springs great surprises on you like that. Later that same weekend he introduced me to RuneQuest, which has quickly become my one of my favorite games, building a whole clan with help from the players at the table in less than an hour, and he probably thought up the whole plotline on the fly while we jotted down our statistics. John's skills at improvisation put most every other GM of my acquaintance to shame, and it's so seamless, you'd think he had hours of content just waiting to be sprung on you. His characters are vibrant and fun, his plots are punchy and full of surprises, and he never lets the rules get in the way of a good time. I can also attest to seeing him demonstrate many of the safety tools I have come to adopt in my own games, and he managed two groups of complete strangers with such aplomb you would think we'd been playing together for years. That was just one weekend. You have the opportunity to play with him for much longer. Why haven't you signed up for his next game yet?
