About me
Long time GM - I started in the 1980s and have been the "forever GM" since then. Honestly, I have more fun running games than playing so I'm looking forward to sharing that love with others! I'm definitely not a rules heavy GM - I'm much more about letting players explore their characters and interact, and I'm happiest when I'm sitting back listening to interparty drama! Over the years I've run a ton of different systems with a heavy focus on World of Darkness. However, remember that part about loving interparty drama? Well, my favourite games to run are Paranoia and Alien - I love myself a bit of PVP and these settings perfectly let players explore this aspect of TTRPGs safely! When it comes to running games, I'm a massive fan of music and sound effects and I love using them to help build atmosphere. I am very welcoming to all players - both veterans and new players alike - and am definitely not some crusty old timer who mutters about "the good old days" and how everything new sucks. So, if you fancy checking out games that are slightly different from D&D (although I can happily run that too!) please let me know!

Absolutely excellent session. Llyod is a fantastic GM with evocative descriptions and great use of battle maps and music. Also, took the time to take us through the interface before the game started which I really appreciated. He's also a really nice guy - super friendly and welcoming.
Alex is a fantastic GM, who really focuses on letting his players have a good time. Personally I love that he gives players the space to breathe and explore their characters, rather than simply trying to hustle the story along. He really brings his NPCs to life, both through voices and personality quirks, and this makes them fun for the players interact with, rather than having them simply be exposition dumps. In addition to all of this, he's a real advocate for player agency. Want to split the party? Go for it. Want to go off on a wild tangent? Go for it. There are plenty of GMs who will refuse these things for fear that it will "break their story" but Alex handles it all so adroitly it brings his games to life and really gives the impression of an open world with the freedom to explore.
