About me

I’m a constant, on-time, high-engagement player who can get invested in the world, the story, and the people at the table, given the right environment and players. I care about consistency, meaningful choices, and characters that actually feel grounded in the setting. I know the SWADE rules well (I've been playing for 10+ years), but I'm not a rules lawyer. I’m not trying to ‘win’ the game; to the contrary, I lean into the failures. I don't generally chase the raise, and I don't min-max. Fair warning, I often do the most outlandish stuff because dice explode, and if I fail, even better! I tend to run characters like I stole 'em, but can also be grounded when the situation calls for it. Things I can't stand (because that may be even more important): Player drama, spotlight hugs, min-maxers, combat monkeys (unless it's that type of campaign), people who can't be bothered to understand the most basic rules, control freaks, players (GM's included) that lack a sense of humor, rude people for the sake of being rude/mean, and victims.
