I was only able to play one session [Mothership] with Molly due to sudden & unexpected schedule changes on my end. But in the one session we had together, they were very welcoming; explained the rules clearly to me as a beginner, was enthusiastic about the game; & I thought they did a very excellent job at narrating & visualizing the scenes for Theater of the Mind. Lastly, they were very good at pacing & keeping the story moving (I find that pacing can be really hard for DMs, but Molly was quite good at it). Would sign up for another game of hers in the future.
