SnowDragon spent quite a bit of time with me online before the game not just to work up a character and backstory, but making sure I understood the game system. I was joining a group with a lot of history, and when I asked about a role and character built to compliment the group, her suggestions were very helpful and still allowed me to work with some character concepts I had in mind. In our first game, we all agree now that it's nice not to be blown up. Great communicator and incredibly responsive as well as the other tags marked in this review.

Noble Goblin

Noble took us through the starter adventure, and none of us had played Daggerheart or were very familiar with the Roll20 VTT. He was a great teacher and made sure to include all and explain all, keeping the story going all along. Great experience, and I highly recommend looking him up if you want to learn this system.

We had a great time, even though one player had to leave early. That heightened the tension for encounters, and Rollsmith wove all of this into our story. He did not miss a beat, and we moved into the next phase of the adventure. I was not expecting mood music and ambience, and it was all well planned and well played. Creative gameplay was encouraged and rewarded, and he was sure to include input from each player. I was a complete novice at this game system, as was another player, and he explained the needed information as we went along. He was on top of the rules, and the gameplay was smooth, even when losing a player or when connectivity was lost a couple of times. I hope to do this again and to bring friends.
