Originalname was welcoming and patient in teaching me the basics of Lancer, and its many systems. He nudged me in the direction that most suited my desired playstyle, and tried his best to make me feel included in the ongoing campaign. He showed a mastery of Foundry, and I was very impressed by the variety of effects linked to the actions of the players.

It was my first time playing a game of Alpha Strike, and I am very happy to have done so with the support of Casey. He setup a balanced 1v1, but still gave me the opportunity to customize the battle in various ways, which I decided not to take due to my inexperience. During the fight, he explained every concept we came across precisely, showing off his years of experience with these types of games. The custom Forge server was quick and responsive, and he even had a custom-made hit resolver 🤩, which helped a lot to understand everything that influenced a shot. I found his GMing to be reasonable, friendly, engaging, and fun. I will definitely schedule a continuation of my invasion (I'm playing the bad guys 😈).

With Suann I was able to quickly learn the basics to play Daggerheart, in a safe and friendly environment. Her expertise as a GM kept the game going and the experience fun for all the attendees. Even if the group was large, she remained in control and gave everyone a go at performing the actions we were there to learn. As a first-time player in RPGs I was hesitant, but she taught us how to use the tools effectively, and was open to answer questions and doubts at every turn.
