About me
When I was around 10 years of age I was handed a copy of the 1983 Dungeons and Dragons basic rules (a copy that I still have to this day). Since then I have been captured by the fun of running all kinds of pen and paper games, consistently improving and trying to create the most fulfilling gaming experience I can. Since starting here on Startplaying, I have learned so much and improved my games tenfold in a bid to create something truly memorable for everyone who joins my table. I work hard at detailing every aspect of my games and ensure that they are to a standard that is above and beyond what you find at most tables. This is a process that has no true end and to that degree I am always looking for feedback and ways to improve the experience wherever I can. I am flexible as a DM and can and have run narrative heavy and crunchier games. For me the enjoyment of my players takes priority and I will tailor games suited to their wants

I've been playing Cyberpunk pbp with JJ as a GM for a couple of weeks now. I find him to be an engaged GM who has dangled some interesting situations and plot hooks in front of me almost immediately. He is quite responsive and engages most days. The pbp format is nice because it can happen on different schedules without set times, which I appreciate. Can't speak for his other games, but if I'm judging based on my few weeks of him running CPR for me, I'd say he's well worth the few bucks.

I finished my campaign with JJ. My full experience can be summed up in this way. JJ walked me through the learning process smoothly and was always open to my questions when I had them. I was given a lot of creative freedom with my character and was given chances to shine and be the best I could be. If you're thinking of someone to have a first go at this with, I recommend JJ wholeheartedly. Not only a great teacher but a fantastic, inclusive DM who will help you stand out and have those moments where you're the main character.

JJ is a great GM. I've played with him in Lancer, Masks, and Cyberpunk Red. He puts a lot of effort into his games and the production quality and keeps things running at a fun, brisk pace.

Review from one of his lancer games - it is a very engaging combat heavy game but still manages to weave a great story throughout. As my first lancer game, I was able to learn the system very quickly thanks to this game.
