I've been playing with Craig for well over a year, and I think he's a great DM. In my time playing, I've come to learn that I need a balance of story and combat. Combat without story is just a bunch of empty dice rolls. Story without combat is just a bunch of chit chat with no stakes. I think Craig balances the two perfectly. Another thing he's very strong at is rolling with the punches. Recently, my campaign has taken things in an odd direction that no one could have anticipated. Craig never flinched. He adapted and continues to accommodate and challenge us as we head into new lands and situations. Another strength is that he's a master of the callback. To players' delight and amusement, months or even a year later, he'll toss in some Easter egg that calls back to an earlier story point. On top of all of this, he's a nice person who's well worth spending a few hours with each week. I can't imagine anyone not being happy with how he runs his games. Highly recommended.

I think Eclipse is a great GM. I've done many one-shots on StartPlaying, and they've been hit or miss (mostly miss). It's rough: In just a few hours, the GM's got to get everyone past any initial setup issues, deal with a group not accustomed to working together, and still deliver a satisfying adventure. I think Eclipse has this down to a science. He ran the two one-shots I've done with him flawlessly. I wouldn't hesitate to do more of his one-shot because I know the evening won't end with regrets. If I had room in my life for another campaign, I'd be interested to experience how he runs one.

I think Isaac is a great DM. What I like best about his style is that he strikes a perfect balance between RP and combat. For me, too much combat is just empty dice rolls with no context or stakes. And too much RP is just standing around talking with no excitement. I think Isaac gets the mix just right. In addition, he's been completely reliable and communicates effectively in and out of the game. He's also a kind and decent person worth spending time with. I can't imagine a player not enjoying a game he's running.
