I focus on weaving combat and roleplay seamlessly together to create a vivid, dynamic clash of hilarious voice acting and pulse-pounding action. 🛡️ Combat - Monsters: Be warned! Combat encounters are designed to push characters beyond the typical sword-swinging, fireball-slinging playstyle. Expect your skills and strategies to be put to the test with twists, traps, and surprises. - Puzzles & Traps: These obstacles often encourage cooperation and teamwork as well as quick-thinking under pressure. Expect real-time events with dire consequences to those unable to navigate the treacherous terrain! - Battle Maps: I create virtual battle maps on Roll20 with shifting obstacles and terrain to encourage critical thinking and coordination to gain the advantage. 🌟 Rules and Roleplay - Rule of Cool: Expect to follow the official rules during most sessions, but there are moments where even the rule books can't contain our power >:) - Player-Driven Stories: I often weave character backstories into our adventures to give the characters' decisions and their consequences greater impact on the world around them. Whether you're a fresh recruit or a seasoned veteran, there's always something bound to get your creative juices flowing as we explore the world we make together!

GM Eclipse's ideal table

A great table is built on understanding and accommodating everyone's preferences and boundaries. At my table, you'll experience high-stakes tactical combat and a world that responds meaningfully to each and every choice you make. While voice impressions and roleplay are always encouraged, they are never required and you should always perform only as much as you are willing. Combat is designed to be challenging and rewarding, where smart decisions and teamwork save the day. Optimized characters and power gaming are always welcome, but be prepared for contingencies that will require your character to seek aid from your companions and work around your strengths and weaknesses. The general vibe is a healthy balance between serious storytelling and the occasional well-timed joke or absurd moment. We laugh, we strategize, and we get invested. I aim to create a welcoming and inclusive space where players feel heard, respected, and immersed. If you love character-driven narratives, tough but fair encounters, and a collaborative atmosphere, you’ll feel right at home at my table.
