Bh3l is a great DM, and puts a lot of effort into making sure the whole party feels included and is having fun. The tools and features they have on offer in their games is also amazing. I love their focus on character details as well.

When I first joined, games were a blast. Difficulty always seemed a tad overtuned, and NPCs were a bit showboaty, but the RP with the group was good enough that it was something I could accept. Eventually though it became an issue for the entire group, and when we addressed the problem with the DM, they simply had excuses and made several of us feel uncomfortable. After we made the decision to leave and stick together, we learned they were lying about us and insulting us in their server. I really believe they can be a fantastic DM, they showed that many times. But they are not seemingly open to critical feedback, even if they constantly say they are.
