I had a great time playing Shadowdark with Barberbarian. We just finished and I'm already looking forward to the next session. His use of Roll20 was really well done and he sets the scenes and tones expertly. It felt like everyone got a moment in the spotlight and we moved through the world at a good pace. Would recommend

I had a great time playing with Lawful Cherry. Game moved fast, we were able to fully explore areas with great success, move through several combats, and talk to some frog folk all in under 4 hours. He allowed for creativity, had immersive roleplay when it happened, and was quick with returning what was happening around us, which really helps not bog down a game. Favorite moment was killing a group of frog folk with a rain of smaller frogs. Would definitely sign up to play with them again!

Had a good time playing a classic dungeon using Shadowdark with Morrangor. He did a really good job bringing the NPCs to life, rewarding creativity, and keeping the game moving. The game kept a good pace and we made it through several combats in a short amount of time. He had a good knowledge of the system and its rules. Would recommend.

If you're looking to play Mothership the way it's meant to feel, tense, atmospheric, and full of creeping dread, Spoon nails it. He creates a vibe that perfectly captures the spirit of the game without ever over-explaining or handholding. The world unfolds just enough to keep you guessing, forcing the crew to actually think their way through. His NPCs are some of the most grounded and fully realized characters I’ve encountered. Whether it’s a panicked survivor or a quietly hostile android, each one feels distinct, and his voice work brings them to life in a way that pulls you deeper into the story. If you like a GM who trusts their players, delivers immersive tension, and understands how to let the horror breathe, this is the one.

I had an amazing time playing Shadowdark with Aglovale. The adventure was a perfect mix of tension and humor and the party dynamics made it incredibly fun. The scenarios kept us on the edge of our seats - the rolls were not in my favor, and I nearly died many times. Aglovale is excellent with Fantasy Grounds and was super helpful in guiding me as a newcomer to the VTT. Highly recommend!
