About me
I've been playing TTRPGs since the late 70s, but in my dodderage I've narrowed my scope to Pathfinder/Starfinder 2e primarily. I'm currently running a PF2e game in my own homebrew world on Friday nights for my old gaming group in California on Foundry.

Jeff is amazing with new players, accommodating their curiosity and creativity, while still keeping the rules intact. There is a joy for the game that Jeff exudes throughout the session which is infectious and sincere. His NPC voices are quite good, too. Highly recommend for new players, and there's something here for experienced players, as well.
I've been playing and GMing PF2E for a couple years now, but I started playing TTRPGs back in the late 70s. As far as D20 systems go, this is the best balanced and most complete system available. If you love D&D 5e, more power to you, but it's a sloppy, hot mess by comparison. There are rules for nearly any circumstance available to GMs and Players, but more importantly, those rules, by and large, all work the same way - once you have the gist of how Pathfinder 2e works, it becomes very intuitive. Combat in nearly any system that is tactically-based is going to be slow. PF2e monsters are built to make them more than just bags of hitpoints and a tough hide. Nearly every one of them has something interesting in terms of powers and abilities that help make combats more dynamic and interesting. For Players, character options are off the hook! You can build 100 characters and never have two that feel exactly the same. Ultimately, Pathfinder 2e is the superior D20 system, and if you haven't tried it yet, I strongly recommend finding a game and giving it a sincere try. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.
