Had a great time in this one shot. I would gladly be a player in one of his games any day. Kept the game moving, knows the rules, setup for gameplay in the VTT worked great.

Myself and the other players had a great game experience! It was fun, engaging, moved along well and had a nicely developed storyline. The challenges seemed well matched to the player capabilities. Everyone got to be involved. I would gladly play again with this DM.

Thomas ran our game session and did a good job. There is a large discord channel associated with this, tons of other players, and it seems that once you enjoy a game with them, you may have future opportunities to run games with them again and connect with others. I enjoyed the game session and it was a good value.

I appreciated that the game was free, but it wasn't fun at all. The discord link was sent via a start playing message at the last minute, literally. Originally slated and advertised for Owlbear Rodeo VTT, but notified a few minutes before the game that it would be on AboveVTT. Even though I figured it out quickly how to get the program, the DM wasn't able to use it effectively. Two tokens on a blank screen and he gave up on it. The game ended up being voice only through discord with the use of a wiki page that was not explained at all. I was constantly switching between the D&D beyond sheet, the wiki, two different discord pages and had a hard time keeping up. Every time I had to figure something out, the DM would maybe give a brief instruction, and keep moving on to the next player. The game was rushed and there seemed to be no focus on the players having fun. No fun at all, and no genuine interest from the DM in helping the players. The only reason I didn't leave early is that I didn't want to bail out on the other two players. I signed up and took a chance on this new DM (new to Start Playing), but he has a long way to go in my book.

The Witty Bitty did a fantastic job running a fun adventure for our mixed bag of adventurers. She was especially helpful making sure people understood the interface, got a chance to do what they wanted, and encouraged roleplay to make the story unique to our group. She is very professional in her approach and takes no shortcuts with the software or the character voices. We succeeded on our quest, had great interaction, and were expertly led through exciting combat. I would gladly participate in one of her one-shots in the future, as well as in a campaign if the opportunity was there to do so.
