Noir Enigma
Played 11 sessions
Noir weaves an original setting within the boundaries of established canon and is able to capture your interest with all the possibilities and fun. He's brought in NPC's from backstories and created everything from "Aha!" moments to full story plot points from PC backstories. This is to say he makes each player feel like they can contribute. Sessions are a highlight of my week.
