About me
I've been addicted to actual plays for years, captivated by the dynamic story economy. Each player is invested in their own character, driving the narrative in a way unique to TTRPGs! A good roleplaying session can be better than the best book you’ve ever read or movie you’ve ever watched... because it's **yours**

Sanity & bouts of madness. By interacting with the word Player-Characters be de-protagonized and players will lose control of them. Some people feel that this punishes them for playing the game. Others see it as finding out how their flawed character cracks when put under extreme pressure. (A "pulp talent" allows loss of luck instead of sanity, allowing this mechanic to be ignored) The universe is a Dark Forest. ALL other species, creatures, and entities should be assumed to have goals at odds with the wellbeing if not outright survival of the human race. Saving the day is just that, one more day. The future is bleak and nihilistic. These are what make this system distinct, and I've found that people either love or hate them.
