Otter is a fantastic DM. He will make you feel like a part of the world you're playing in, and gives plenty of room for creativity, both in your characters and your actions. It's really clear how much effort he puts into his games, and the musical ambience is always welcome. I've had many adventures with him, and every one of them has been a blast. I would happily recommend him to anyone.
