Very professional, he puts in the time to prepare and make sure the sessions will run smoothly. He’s also very approachable and quickly responds to questions or requests. He’s been very skilled into weaving the players’ backstory into the campaign, even building up on it to make it richer and better integrated to the world. Additionally, he’s very flexible in allowing players to use any classes or even home brew while keeping a good balance in combat and outside with a firm grasp of the rules. Everyone gets a chance to roll or participate in the spotlight and the player community is welcoming and nice to new comers!
