Knows how to build a fun and inclusive campaign, knows the rules very well and does a great job with new players. Able to keep the action moving forward even during large combat encounters that can otherwise feel like a slog. I'm getting ready to start campaign 2 with Neal, after running through Yawning Portal over the last 11 months. Highly recommended!

Does a great job of building a narrative and creating an inclusive environment

Chris does a great job of engaging with his players and keeping things interesting.

Adam does an incredible job of running a fun and beginner friendly game, while also bringing a ton of useful and fun resources to the table (D&D Beyond character sheets/reference books/campaigns, Talespire maps). He's both patient when he needs to be with new players figuring out the ropes, while also able to seamlessly able to interject when the party is either getting too far in the weeds or not sure how to proceed to keep things moving along smoothly.

Just did our session 0/intro game. James was great about communication prior to the first game, and being patient with a group of relativity new players who also didn't all know each other.
