I had a super fun run with a Shadowdark one-shot run by EldritchTea, and appreciated how beginner-friendly it was. I came in having never played that system and came out enjoying the session.

Prince is a good DM who listens to his players, accommodates them, and is generous. He employs many voices to add life to his characters, and enjoys bringing the spotlight to all players. He is receptive to feedback, which is a great trait that all DMs should have.

Fun GM who tries his best and puts a lot of work into his world-building and campaign setting/lore; large emphasis on narrative and player interactions, and had some really funny moments

Cousin Chad was not kidding when he said his emphasis was on storytelling and RP over combat and rules. The mechanics of 5e were simplified greatly in favor of the narrative. The GM was fair to players by balancing the time that the spotlight shone on different characters, and he was receptive to player needs and questions.

The storybuilding and sheer amount of lore and content was amazing! I really got to sink my teeth into their world and explore it with a new character and class that I never played before in D&D 5e, and it was great! Playing a low-level one-shot was satisfying, since it hasn't been something I've been able to do before. This campaign was able to scratch the itch I had to play D&D, since I have been busy with school, so that has been an absolute joy for me this weekend.
