🏳️🌈 Queer and Neurodivergent Safe Table 🏳️🌈 📚 Narrative Focus/Beginner Friendly! 📚 🌟 Creative & Flexible Gameplay 🌟 🎭 Roleplay Richness 🎭 My focus as a GM is creating a fun experience where players can be comfortable expressing and immersing themselves in the story. My approach to gameplay is to 'yes, and..' players and focus on 'rule of cool' when storytelling. To help with this, I follow these goals and principles from Blades in the Dark: • Play to find out what happens. • Convey the fictional world honestly. • Bring the fictional world to life. • Be a fan of the player characters. With rules conflict I tend to err on the side of the players' success, with rule of cool enhancing RAW, as opposed to working against it. I use session zeros to help set expectations, answer questions, address concerns and integrate characters into the story. I utilize safety tools to help ensure players are comfortable.
