About Ted
Hello there, I'm a 29 year old IT worker by day, but my real passion ignited about ten years ago, when I first discovered tabletop RPGs. As soon as I learned about them specifically then it was Dungeons and Dragons 5th edition on roll20, I knew I had to try it. Before long, I was gathering all sorts of friends, acquaintances and anyone I could get around the table to dive into adventures. Since then it's become a core part of my identity, I have been GMing consistently for nearly a decade, crafting worlds, weaving stories, and helping out players bring their characters to life. Whether it's intense tactical combat, character drama, or just some good old fashion hijinks, I love adapting the game to excite the group. Running games isn't just a hobby for me, it is the most rewarding thing I do, and I strive to make every session immersive, fun and welcoming for new and old players. I wish to make my biggest passion into a career now.

I became a GM because
I'm a GM because I feel a deep, almost irresistible need to create stories with others. There’s something incredibly special about building a world together, watching characters grow, and seeing players get excited about the twists, choices, and moments we create as a group.
I got started GMing...
I got started GMing when I first discovered what Dungeons & Dragons was about 10 years ago. I’ve always been a huge fan of creating stories, so as soon as I realized I could build worlds and guide adventures through tabletop games, I jumped right in.
When I'm not running games I'm...
When I'm not GMing, I'm working in the IT field, giving English lessons, and volunteering at my university. I love staying busy with things that involve learning, communication, and helping others.
How Ted runs games
I believe the best games are the ones where the players feel like the story couldn’t happen without them. I love weaving character backstories, goals, and choices directly into the narrative making each session feel personal, meaningful, and tailored to the group at the table. Your character’s arc matters, and I’ll work with you to make sure it shines. On top of that, I have a real passion for tactical combat. I enjoy designing encounters that are dynamic, challenging, and full of interesting choices whether you're planning an ambush, holding the line against overwhelming odds, or pulling off a clever combo. I strive to strike a balance between storytelling and strategic depth, so there’s always something to sink your teeth into.
Ted's ideal table
My ideal table is one where players bring interesting, unique characters with strong personal goals and also enjoy digging into the mechanics and rules. I love a group that’s just as excited about rich storytelling as they are about tactical decisions and game mastery.
