About Spaghetti
Wot-cheer, myne geferan! You've discovered someone who started playing TTRPGs about the time dirt was invented! This guy specializes in DnD 5e one-shots, combat tactics practice, and beginner familiarization sessions. An eternal and enthusiastic student of the game, he regularly hosts D&D games and practice sessions at home, at local businesses, and online. Let's roll some rocks and tell some new stories together! :beers:

I got started GMing...
About the time dirt was invented, years ahead of it becoming a dietary staple on the food pyramid. Before the dark times. Before the internet... ;)
My favorite shows/movies are
Star ____ (wars, trek, gate, etc)
My favorite system of all Time is
5e is by far the longest lasting, farthest reaching, and most expansive system of all. There are places in my heart reserved for odd ducks like d30, Biomutant, and Runequest. But 5e rules supreme!
How Spaghetti runs games
Practice makes perfect--pilots use a flight sim and golfers go to the driving range. How do DnD players practice? Spaghetti's Funhouse helps players up their game to get more out of their valuable TTRPG table time. I currently specialize in combat-heavy one shots and objective-style scenarios providing a place for players to develop better understanding and skills of 5e rules and mechanics. These sessions are ideal for newer players wanting to get comfortable with game mechanics in a consequence-free and supportive learning environment. They are also perfect for experienced players wanting to hone specific tactics, improve group synergy, or take a new PC build out for a test drive. Participants are provided with detailed session parameters, but are also encouraged to communicate their interests to the DM and other players ahead of session start via Discord whenever possible. One shots are typically 4-5 hours with some light role play, whereas tactics development and educational sessions are mainly devoid of role play and last 2-3 hours. When you think about "working on your game", don't think of it as work. The whole point is just to enjoy yourself!

I love it when a player
Learns a new skill, brings a new idea, or supports someone else in doing either (or both!)
I think min/maxing...
Has its place in every game. Here min/max-ers are welcome to try out their theoretical approaches in customizable environments at any level.
My table is not the place for...
Trolling, political commentary, or edge-lords. Respectful, helpful, and friendly interaction is a prerequisite and perpetual expectation.
