How Skait runs games

My GM style focuses on fast and engaging combat and making sure every player gets their moment to shine. I balance the spotlight so no one feels left out, and I love blending humor with emotional storytelling. While I use the rules as written, I stay flexible to keep things fun and cinematic. I shape each game around what players care about most, tailoring the story to character goals and the kind of adventure your group wants to experience.

I deal with rules issues by...

briefly discussing the issues with players in the moment, and if it takes too long, making a quick ruling to keep the game moving. After the session, I revisit the issue to find a fair compromise that works for everyone going forward.

My games focus on...

making sure everyone is having fun, telling a compelling and coherent story, and leaving players excited and hungry for what comes next.

Rules are...

foundational but flexible!

Skait's ideal table

I am for a vibe that's...

creative and funny while respecting the serious moments when they come.

I love it when a player

catches a tiny detail I mentioned but forgot a few sessions ago! It shows they’re really paying attention and gives me a fun challenge to think my way through.
